I had my furnace looked at by a semi large company in town, and they told me I would need some costly repairs or a whole new furnace. I was curious to see if that opinion was valid. Seeing how I did not want to go all winter with a faulty machine. I called Colorado’s Finest to come and look over my unit as a second opinion. Jordan was able to fix the noise on the motor and did a more detailed cleaning of the burners. He also assured me that my machine has plenty of life left. I was very happy with the services I received for only $69.00. I would also refer this company if the situation presented itself.

Jordan arrived at 10 am (on time) found the problem right away, repaired it, maintenance serviced both furnaces, and installed new thermostats in under two hours. I’m pretty sure the same person that answered the phone is the one who showed up, so that’s okay. But I was more happy that they fixed my air conditioner in like 45 minutes. New outdoor fan motor. I was not shocked by the cost on a major repair, I would call them again.

As the weather gets cooler, I decided to check out my furnace. When I turned it on it was making a weird noise and not heating. I called a few companies but they couldn’t work around my unstable work schedule. Colorado’s Finest was able to come when I was able to be home. They fixed it with little time and at a very reasonable price. The technician was very efficient, competent and friendly. All was taken care of so I can be sure I will be warm this winter. I totally recommend this company.

I am amazed at how courteous, sincere and professional Jordan, our tech, was. He explained the alternatives with costs and acted immediately upon my choices. I had complicated issues on my 19-year-old Lennox furnace. Intermittent control issues and multiple contributing parts. I also have grandkids living with us both seniors so delays were not on my list of options. He was here by 8:45am and done including a trip to Denver by noon. I rarely can justify all 5 stars in all categories but this job deserves them all.
